Can we visit you in person?

Unfortunately at this time - Laurel and Magnolia is an online-only store. Our goal is to create a space where women can come shop in person! We plan to open a showroom in Guttenberg, NJ. More details coming soon!

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped out from New Jersey.

How soon will my order ship once purchased?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. More often than not, it will ship a lot faster than that! Please note: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered business days for orders processing.

I placed my order, what's next?

We hope you're just as excited as we are for your purchase! Once your order has been processed, you should receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email providing the tracking information for your order. After that, all you have to do is wait for your package to arrive!

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it yet.

In the event that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you still have not received it, please contact USPS to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package. Once a package’s status is labeled as delivered, there is nothing we can do as the sender in terms of locating it but we will definitely help you in trying to find out where it is. We are not responsible for lost packages after they’ve been marked delivered.

When are you getting more of ___ in stock?

We do our best to restock items that sell out. Unfortunately, we are not always able to restock due to manufacturer's availability.

When do you post new arrivals?

The best way to be informed about new arrivals and restocks is to follow our Instagram @laurelandmagnolia.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer virtual gift cards for the value oef $10, $25, $50, and $100.

Why is my item “not available for return?”

All marked down sale items, accessories, intimates, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. All orders purchased exceeding the 14 day exchange period are not eligible for return. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of intimates, bodysuits, or accessories.
